1. General 
All treatments are subject to availability. 
Prices are subject to change without notice.
 
2. Booking Policy 
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. 
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduling is done at least 48 hours in advance. 

3. Cancellation Policy 
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. 
Cancellations within 48 hours will result in the loss of the deposit. 
Same-day cancellations will result in the loss of the deposit plus 50% of the remaining booking fee. 

4. Treatment Suitability 
A consultation may be required to determine the suitability of certain treatments. 
Results may vary depending on individual circumstances. 

5. Liability 
Sculpt & Glow by Katrina is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from treatments if aftercare instructions are not followed.
